Telesales/Appointment Maker

We have an exciting Telesales opportunity available in Bournemouth or depending on your situation ‘home based’ where you can earn whatever your potential is!  It is a warm, family-run business, the team is ever expanding, and we offer full product training & on-going technical/sales support.  The role will involve generating appointments/leads for field sales representatives who will visit customers and sell the product.

  • You will effectively question and analyse customer’s needs, identify new sales opportunities, and achieve targets.
  • You will use a script; however this is will not be regimented and you will be able to hold your own conversations with customers to make the sale.
  • You will be targeted 2 appointments per day and bonuses will be paid for each lead you book PLUS every converted sale!
  • Salary and Benefits: Competitive basic salary of £14,500 p.a. with uncapped earnings & career progression opportunities.


Commission Only Field Sales.

The Role:

Ultimately the direct sales role involves engaging with B2B on a direct sales face-to-face basis. We have a unique offering that cannot be copied by any of our competitors.  Are you able to sell this product and all other services we provide as a business?

  • Remuneration: uncapped earning potential £60,000+

 Trainee Sales.

  • Hitting daily, weekly and monthly sales targets – inbound and outbound
  • A working knowledge of SEO, internet marketing and analytics
  • Experience with Excel, Power Point, Word and Outlook
  • Exceptional ability to close sales with new and existing clients & demonstrate performance
  • Ability to overcome sales objections / think quickly on their feet
  • Exceptional ability with consultative selling
  • Driven to succeed and earn a high commission environment
  • Effective time management skills / self-motivated
  • Great work ethic including punctuality (a must)
